Ajika powder comes from western Georgia's Black Sea region. Two traditional recipes, Megruli Ajika and Abkhazuri Ajika, bear the names of their respective regions, each contributing its unique culinary identity to the rich tapestry of Georgian cuisine. Ajika adds a spicy kick to traditional dishes. Use dry ajika generously on eggs, roasted meat, and potatoes, or mix it into butter for spicy cornbread. Sprinkle ajika to add the essence of Georgian cuisine. A little of this peppery powder goes a long way.
