Description

The history of hot red pepper dates back more than 7000 years. Its homeland is Latin America. The very name "Chile" means "red" in the language of the Native Americans.Red pepper has a strong spicy aroma and flavor. In modern cooking, it is widely used, especially in oriental cuisine for spicy dishes. Pepper surpasses certain fruits and vegetables in terms of vitamins and beneficial substances.  Ground chilies give salsa, marinades, soups, and stews intense heat and bright flavor. Crushed chilies can be used with oil to make savory dipping sauces.  It is actively used in Georgian cooking.
